I had great expectations about Amsterdam when I finished reading its guide, and, once landed, those were a hundred per cent – and more! – exceeded. In four days I tirelessly walked everywhere because the more I saw the more I wanted to discover.
What I loved the most? Its people and their pace of life. Everybody seemed so calm, yet busy doing their own stuffs. Friendly, bars on every (beautiful) corner nearby the city’s canals, people really seemed to have found the right dimension to enjoy life at its fullest. Another favorite thing I noticed was art and photography galleries every other corner! Any place that shows interest towards creativity gains a special place in my heart.
